This month we have an evening program in

addition to our usual daytime meeting........

On Apr. 24: Beyond Blooms: 

Creative Design with Color, Structure, & Seasonal Senescence

Warren Leach of Tranquil Lake Nursery in Rehoboth, will describe woody

and herbaceous plants with good garden foliage color, architectural structure,

multi-season interest and stunning shape and texture characteristics that can

be used in a diversity of ways to compliment flowers, provide structure and

offer seasonal succession in the mixed border.         

At 7 pm Keilty Hall, St. Brigid's Church

Our regular programs are preceded by Coffee at 9:30 am and

Business Meeting at 10 am.

Wed. May  10  The Emerald Necklace; Restoring the Vision and Preserving the Olmstead Legacy. Jeanine Knox, Director of

External Relations for the Emerald Conservancy, will lead us on a

tour of the Emerald Necklace, the unique landscapes of each park,

as well Olmstead's vision and the effort it to create them


At The Scottish Rite Masonic Museum & Library (National Heritage Museum), 33 Marrett Road, Lexington.

Our meetings are free and open to the public so come,

bring a friend along too. We look forward to seeing you there!
